General Agreement
・By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the following terms of service.

Commission Sites
・For transparency sake, commissions shall be made via VGen (https://vgen.co/fujimuji), Ko-fi (https://ko-fi.com/fujimuji) or Skeb (https://skeb.jp/@fujimuji).

Payment
・Full payment or a deposit is required upfront before any work begins.
・Payments shall be paid in Japanese Yen.
・Payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Process and Revisions
・The artist will provide initial consultation for free.
・Minor revisions may incur extra charges.
・Major changes requested after the final approval may require additional payment.

Deadlines and Delivery
・Depending on the amount of requests, an estimated turnaround time is about 7-14 days for each illustration service. Combination of a few services into one commission may have an extended deadline.
・Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client promptly.
・Final artwork will be delivered in digital format via email or a file-sharing service.

Intellectual Property Rights and Usage Rights
・The artist retains full intellectual property rights to the artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork in any form. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or distribution of the artwork is prohibited.
・Clients receive a license to use the artwork as specified in the usage rights agreement but do not own the artwork or any associated intellectual property rights.
・Individual clients receive a personal license to use the artwork. The artwork may be used on social media, streaming services, and in content. For commercial usage, an additional fee may apply.
・Enterprise clients will incur an additional fee equal to 300% of the base price.
・Transfer of intellectual property rights to the client will incur an additional cost, to be determined based on the specifics of the transfer.
・The client may not claim the artwork as their own or alter it without the artist’s permission.
・The client may not use the artwork for AI learning or NFT sales.

Cancellation and Refunds
・If the client cancels the commission before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
・If the artist cancels the commission at any stage, a full refund will be issued.

Confidentiality
・The artist agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details without prior consent. However, the artist may tag the client when showcasing artwork on social media unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Communication
・All communication shall be conducted through email or Twitter DM.
・No communication shall be made if commission is done through Skeb.

Acceptance of Terms
・By commissioning the artist, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
